One of the most unusual projects in the Priorat must be Terroir al Limit. It all goes back to the meeting between Dominik A. Huber from Munich and Eben Sadie from South Africa. They met in 2001 at the Mas Martinet winery, where Dominik was working for a year. They liked each other and decided to make wine together. The Pérez family of Mas Martinet offered them space and sold them grapes. The project quickly attracted attention. From 2007 Dominik worked full time at the winery, which moved to Torroja del Priorat in 2003, where the first Arbossar was made. Eben focused entirely on South Africa from 2011. Since then, Dominik has once again fundamentally changed the style by completely dispensing with wood and choosing biodynamic farming as the basis. At his side today is Tatjana Peceric, who is responsible for some of Spain's best wines.
