Arianna Occhipinti
"The dense and aromatic skins of Frappato gave me the brilliant idea to create a grappa from this unique grape. Everything else is the meticulous craftsmanship of Giovanni La Fauci, a master distiller from Valdina, Messina."
Color
Transparent with a crystal clear view.
Scent
A hint of delicate floral tones accompanied by light fruity notes of citrus fruits. Mixed in are red and dark berries as well as plums. Surprisingly, smoky aromas and fine tobacco entice the nose, together with subtle nuances of nuts and a hint of nougat.
Taste
On the palate, the grappa is complex and dry, brings invigorating spice and leaves malty accents in the finish. It presents itself as an elegant digestif and exquisite companion to fine dishes.
