Color
Dark, bright pomegranate red with light reflections
Nose
Lezèr is supposed to be an uncomplicated drink. This is exactly the feeling it conveys from the very first moment. Not cerebral, not complex, but definitely appealing. Dark fruit appears in the form of blueberry, elderberry and some cassis. Sweet cherry and blackberry are also present. It has a dark to spicy flavour. Black pepper cardamom and juniper. On the other hand, it is also light-footed and bright. It remains exciting.
Palate
The first sip reveals the truth. Juicy, pure fruit in a slender guise. The fruit is kept small with a fine acidity. And that's a good thing. It flows well, completely non-chalant, but appealing. The spicy components add another dimension and tension. The finish is woody, earthy and invites you to take another sip.
