Intense golden yellow, orange reflections, fine mousseux

The nose is already bursting with fully ripe, sweet fruit. Juicy grapes that you want to bite into. But it also reminds you of apple peel, which can contribute wonderfully pleasant bitter components. Plenty of black tea provides dark accents on the nose. Memories of cold herbal extracts immediately make you drift into profundity and seriousness. Marjoram, savory, but also lemon balm and thyme are clearly perceptible. The fruit varies between red berry and yellow fruity. However, there are always dark, earthy nuances that spark in between.

On the palate, it lives directly from the abundant phenolic. In other words, the feeling that we know best from buying apple or grape skins. This releases tannins that interact very harmoniously with the expansive fruit. The tart notes suit the fruit perfectly. Nevertheless, there is still plenty of room for the fruit to fully develop. The grape juice is full-bodied. It flows almost oily over the palate like a big, golden drop. And yet, the onset of mousseux and the well-integrated carbonic acid succeed in keeping the drinking flow high. For all its sweetness, it is surprisingly animating.
