The acidity is ripe and round according to the grape varieties and the origin, the fruit picks up the associations that one already had in the bouquet and seems as if a little extract sweetness found its place here in the middle. A new cuvée is the XIX-2 with Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc.
