Color
Muted golden yellow with silvery reflections.
Nose
Smoky and spicy, the aromas of the 2020 Chardonnay -N- flow out of the glass, quince, woody pear, orange zest, anise and a hint of ginger determine its scent. It has a Burgundian feel and shows a beautiful depth, which testifies to earthy and spicy notes as well as a skilful use of wood.
Palate
Its palate conveys clarity, juiciness and a creamy note marked by a spicy flintiness. The perfect companion to spicy, rich cuisine, to which it adds a fresh touch with its minerality and invigorating acidity, embedded in its charming structure. Great value for money, as we have come to expect from Michael Andres!
