Color
Bright yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
The animating fragrance of the 2021 Burgenlandweiß makes us dream of summer with aromas of meadow orchards, apricots, elderberry and acacia blossom, sage and lemongrass. With oxygen contact, fine spicy notes of ginger and aniseed are added, underpinned by fine minerality.
Palate
Light, almost floating, it hits the tongue - and one is inclined to empty the bottle immediately. Wonderful fruit, invigorating acidity and even more fresh herbs, such as basil and mint, and only 11.5 vol%, it's a joy to drink. A lively wine in every respect!
