Color
Dense, slightly cloudy purple.
Nose
The 2019 Bric Del Salto Dolcetto d'Alba reveals juicy cherry fruit, raspberry jam and crushed blueberries. The fruity bouquet is underpinned by pure and cool minerality, subtle hints of vanilla and pepper, and a subtle and fresh herbal note. Already in the nose an incredibly animating wine, which seduces with juiciness and freshness.
Palate
On the palate it is refreshing, extremely fruity with velvety fruit and a stimulating acidity and fine spicy tannins. A wine with bite and mineral trace. The down-to-earth cuisine of Italy immediately comes to mind, which it accompanies excellently when slightly chilled.
