Color
Medium straw yellow, initially quite effervescent, then fine and smooth
Nose
The crémant combines yellow and green citrus fruits, lime and oyster shells as well as fine yeast notes to create a drink with a very appetising aroma. So let's have our first sip.
Palate
There is more maturity here than in the fragrance. The citrus flavour remains in the foreground, but there are also notes of wax, quince and some crunchy apple, which is somewhat reminiscent of dry cider. The crémant always remains on the powerful side, appearing fresh, tonic and juicy with a light, slightly iodised note in the finish. The mouthfeel remains round.
