Color
quite intense garnet red
Nose
The KAB by Bakkanali is a fragrant Cabernet Sauvignon with the typical aromas of cassis, sour cherries, some mint, violets and rosemary and also a little tobacco and graphite.
Mouth
On the palate the KAB Juicy and lively with its pleasantly cool vein. The dark fruit is infused with a lively acidity. The tannin is grippy and fine with a slight melting and gives the wine its backbone. It gets its tension from the racy acidity of the cool-climate cabernet. In the finish, the crisp dark fruit combines with slightly ethereal notes, while the texture becomes increasingly chocolaty and silky.
