Color/Look
Elegant delicate mother-of-pearl with rose-gold reflections; broad, lively mousseux.
Nose
The 2019 Blanc de Noir from Andres & Mugler smells finely and pointedly of red and dark fruits, oyster shells, seaweed, cool wet stone, wheat and a hint of cinnamon. All aromas are finely interwoven and testify to a powerful and expressive sparkling wine.
Palate
The palate is precise and spicy with an extremely stimulating acidity and animating, fine carbonic acid. The aromas of the nose are joined by fruity notes of orange and grapefruit. The finely spicy aftertaste stimulates the appetite and it is simply perfect to combine with food. This is how top-class vintner's sparkling wine goes!
