Acrollam is the palindrome of Mallorca. Since they like to do things differently than usual at the winery, this name was obvious.

Nose
This nose is alive with intensely fragrant yellow fruit. Mirabelle plums, peaches and nectarines abound. White currants and a hint of bitter orange complement it. The fruit appears ripe and juicy. Discreetly dried Mediterranean herbs appear in the background. Rosemary, thyme and lavender. A little dark baked white bread crust immediately makes you think of possible dishes. Toasted almond, green walnuts and ethereal hints of pine needles and cones. It is this mixture of ethereal notes and nuts that gives it its own special character.
Palate
On the palate, it seems surprisingly fresh and clear for its Mediterranean climate. Of course, it shows warm tendencies and lives from a ripe fruit. But it appears stony and cool. A discreet acid structure gives it energy and life, but never pushes itself to the fore. The fruit is now clearly brighter and less intense than was to be expected. A pleasant bitter note should be emphasised, which is very well dosed and harmonises wonderfully with the fruit. Above all, the nutty notes characterise it on the palate and for a long time in the aftertaste.
