Nose
Wow! Pure fresh pear immediately penetrates the nose of the 2019 1769 Blanc, with a little oxygen further very animating fruit notes of apple, fresh grapes and melon join in, rounded off by the charming scent of acacia blossom and blossom honey. Delicate green hints of fennel, artichoke and ginger stimulatingly frame its olfactory picture. One immediately looks forward to the first sip!
Palate
Taut and animating on the tongue, the fruit is fresh and reminiscent of green apple, apple peel and grapefruit. Its acidity is extremely refreshing and perfectly integrated, delicate tannin hints piquantly in the aftertaste. A complex white wine that stimulates the appetite and makes you think of warm summer nights.
