To the wine

The vineyard has a slope of 20 %. The harvest took place on 16 September 2015. The pressed base wine fermented spontaneously in the Georgian amphora, where the wine was also aged until bottling on 24 July 2016. The Dégorgement The dosage is zero grams.
Color
light golden yellow; fine, very clear mousseux
Nose
The »Argilité« 2015 initially exudes a scent of damp stone. Petrichor is the keyword here. Then green and yellow citrus fruit with crushed stone, herbs and some smoke come in. Over this, as the air increases, are notes of hemp, camomile and apple and orange peel.
Palate
On the palate, the charming ripe fruit of the Meunier is evident in combination with the citric notes, the special tension and grip that the ageing in the amphora has given the champagne. The texture is certainly the most striking thing about this champagne, which shows good depth as well as length and finally finishes with a creamy citrus note and with mineral tension.
