Wine information
Cabernet Franc from the gravelly-sandy soils on the riverbank for a fruit-driven rosé. Matured in stainless steel.
Color
light salmon
Nose
The Rosé Soleil de Coulaine smells of fresh wild strawberries and raspberries with a little sour cherry and peach. In addition, there are some herbs and a little stone. Overall, this makes a fresh, juicy and enjoyable impression that makes you think directly of the first sip.
Palate
On the palate the Soleil de Coulaine then also correspondingly juicy. The fruit is red berry and pleasantly tart, the acidity lively, the tannin pleasantly gripping. This is an uncomplicated wine with a lot of drinking pleasure, which does not drift irrelevantly into fruitiness, but has structure, acidity and a spicy character.
