Nose
A deep and dark Pinot Noir stands in the glass. At first, it also smells very little "German". The nose is marked by sour cherries, but also wild berries, a little ripe strawberry and blackberry. A spice note is present, suggesting both gingerbread and cinnamon sticks. Some morello cherry and ripe plum make their presence felt. Cigar box, cedar and tobacco leaves also get their deserved attention with more oxygen.
Palate
On the nose, the Pinot Noir shows its cool and light side. The fruit from the nose is confirmed in the form. It appears full and straightforward. Its acid structure is pleasantly present and skillfully integrated. The alcohol could be estimated significantly lower due to its slender body. Solid Pinot Noir in demeter quality with a good price-pleasure ratio.
