Nose

Aristocratic restraint characterises the bouquet: green apple, citrus and green gooseberry dominate initially, before the typical Sancerre signature unfolds with aeration. Nettle, green tomato and green pepper lend the wine its characteristic herbal freshness. A mineral coolness runs through all the aromas – fine-grained, precise, without excess.

Palate
