Color
Light golden yellow with delicate green reflections.
Nose
Juicy and yellow-fruited, the 2019 Pinot Blanc Auxerrois shows quince, apple and peach notes on the nose. The pronounced fruit is accompanied by a scent reminiscent of lime blossom and anise and a hint of candied ginger.
Palate
On the palate, it is creamy and full-bodied with a fine spiciness and restrained acidity. When dry, a fine fruit sweetness is indicated, which gives it additional charm. Top companion to uncomplicated cuisine!
