This stately sparkling wine was made from a blend of Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois grapes harvested at the estate's high altitudes. To bring out its remarkable aromas, it was kept in a yeast storage for 30 months.

The sparkling wine presents itself in a sparkling golden yellow, infused with an invigorating and wide-ranging perlage.
