The Saah family's philosophy, care and intensity have been sufficiently reported.

Light straw yellow, bright reflections
Nose
The nose is very clear and distinct. Unripe pome fruit paired with fresh garden herbs and stony cool elements get things started. This Grüner Veltliner actually has an aroma of fresh grapes and that is something you find in very few wines. Likewise, lime and kiwi still cling in the background as well as some fresh cut grass. A very appealing nose suggests a clear, lean representative of this grape variety.
Palate
At the palate it bundles pressurefully. A precise jet meets the palate and reveals the aromatics of the nose again. Underpinned with a little enamel, the yeast draw presents itself above all racy and clean. The spice so typical works congenially with the slightly yeasty tone on the palate. The grape variety is clearly recognizable, although this Veltliner belongs to the finer and quieter expressions. The juiciness and the drinking flow in the finish are enormously good.
