The 2021 LEZÈR is lush with the beguiling scent of candied cherries, wild dog roses, cool wild berries and fresh raspberries, wrapped in a floral kaleidoscope of wild rose, violet, lavender and ivy. The bouquet is further complemented and enriched by Mediterranean notes of rosemary, thyme and juniper, giving a refreshing and animating fragrance.
Taste
This wine develops its full enjoyment when chilled, with fruity notes dancing on the tongue, harmoniously rounded off by refreshing acidity, fine fructose and a light spiciness. It presents itself as a light-weight and unconventional red wine for the summer months, ideal with grilled food and pasta.

For perfect harmony, I recommend tagliatelle with fennel, tomato and olives, grilled mackerel on a bed of tomato salad, or lamb chops served with herb butter and green beans wrapped in crispy bacon.
