Sparkling velvet red, violet reflections
Nose
Fireworks of dark and fruity aromas pour from the glass. Violets, hibiscus and lilac are loudly represented. Blackberry, sour cherry, cassis and elderberries make themselves felt. A hint of lavender and thyme breathes a Mediterranean flair into it. Liquorice, olive and black pepper counteract this. Mocha and dark chocolate as well as a little coconut also show the use of small barriques. The fruit seems expansive, generous and animating at the same time. A slight spiciness additionally surrounds it.
Palate
Already on the nose, the 2019 Habla del Silencio shows how much it is literally "in the juice". The fruit is omnipresent and its berry nuances dominate the taste. Fortunately, the cuvée of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo lives from a gripping acid structure. This gives it lightness and drinking flow. Astringent and animating. It literally makes you thirsty when drinking and offers a lot of wine for the price in the glass. Never overloaded, always in perfect balance. Full of juiciness and a great pleasure to enjoy.
