Color:
Purple red with violet reflections and dark core, bright and clear.
Nose:
The nose of the 2017 Habla del Silencio from Bodegas Habla is spicy and powerful. The fruit fishes in deep dark realms and combines mulberries with blackberries, plum jam and black cherries with mild spices like clove, dark tobacco and black pepper. Umami notes evoke black olives, tomato market and jerky and announce a fruit-driven, wildly spicy spectacle.
Mouth:
The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Syrah shows its spicy side on the palate. With silky tannin and polished tannins flows with extract-rich over the palate, the acid pulsating in the background and the fruit as bare extract without an ounce of fat on the rib. Bitter chocolate and tobacco extend into the fruity tart finish with a warm finish.
