Underneath is a pithy flavour and an impressive Mineral intensitywhich is due to the sandy soils of the Ried Steinbach Fürst.

Palate

On the palate, this Muskateller shows razor sharp and precise. Refreshing Citrus notes connect with fine tannin and an elegant saline trace. Despite the invigorating lightness of only 12% Alcohol reveals a remarkable Complex depth. The drinking flow is immediately stimulated - a sign of the perfect balance between freshness and substance.

General information

This First STK position Muskateller comes from the deep sandy soils of the renowned Ried Steinbach Fürst vineyard in southern Styria. The late harvested grapes went through a natural spontaneous fermentation and then matured 18 months on the fine lees in steel tanks - slow ageing, which brings out the characteristic finesse and delicate flavour.

The perfect companion for a creative and flavourful cuisine it harmonises excellently with Muscat Potato and Fennel Rösti with Apple Sauce, Tomato tartare with watermelon and prawns with lime-wasabi dressing or Orange-olive risotto with fillet in Parma coating.
