At the Franz Keller winery, the third generation, Friedrich Keller, has been waiting in the wings for some time. In recent years, Friedrich and his father Fritz have managed the winery and made decisions together, and Friedrich is increasingly taking the reins. He is a winemaker through and through and lives and breathes wine. He now wants to consistently raise the Franz Keller winery to the next level. Friedrich has now switched completely to organic farming and is slowly moving towards biodynamic aspects. The quality has already been improved in recent years, and now the estate is taking the next step and separating from less good vineyards, thus reducing the area and streamlining the assortment.
