Brandy made from raspberries soaked in brandy. Aged for at least 6 years in stainless steel tanks. Tasting note by Hervé Schmitt Very flattering on the nose, this brandy impresses with the juicy fruit of its aromas. Certainly less complex than the wild raspberry, the raspberry has a beautiful, precise clarity. The palate is dense without being aggressive, and of impressive softness. Hervé Schmitt, sommelier at the gourmet restaurant Le Relais de la Poste in Wantzenau, is one of the most distinguished of his guild in all of France. Numerous awards, such as best young sommelier of Alsace 2005 or second best sommelier of France 2008, testify to his outstanding expertise.
