Color
Bright radiant golden yellow with distinct green reflections.
Nose
The 2020 Cuvée XX-2 from Auxerrois and Chardonnay smells stimulatingly of bright fruits such as pear, quince and yellow apple, combined with a hint of almonds and anise. Due to its youth, there are still hints of yeasty notes. A very coherent drop that comes across as pleasantly unagitated.
Palate
Its palate is juicy, low in acidity and has a fine piquancy. A wine that can be wonderfully combined with a variety of dishes, while remaining memorable with its fine minerality and delicately salty note, without dominating its partners. Also in terms of price, a wine for all days that is not commonplace.
