Color/Look
Dense, sparkling golden yellow/broad, demanding mousseux.
Nose
The Champagne Cuvée Perpétuelle Extra Brut from Bonnet-Ponson presents itself with juicy and ripe aromas reminiscent of apples, vineyard peach, quince, apricots and mirabelles. The whole is underpinned by distinct yeasty notes and delicate hints of quince jelly, honey and brittle. An exceedingly charming prelude!
Palate
On the palate, the juicy and ripe aromas of the nose are confirmed. Creamy and with extremely lively perlage it glides over the tongue. Thereby it draws a salty trace behind itself and enlivens with its grip and its conciseness.
