Color/Look
Light golden yellow/broadly spread fine mousseux.
Nose
The 2018 Crémant d'Alsace Extra Brut appears like a flower meadow, fine and subtle at the start, after a longer opening fine fruit notes of peach, lime, honeydew melon and crisp green apple emerge. Cool, mineral hints pair with ginger and lime peel abrasion. Its fresh and animating attack already arouses the desire to taste it in the nose.
Palate
On the palate, it captivates with this animating freshness, which it already promises us in the nose. Its perlage is pleasantly demanding and spreads out delicately on the palate. An extremely animating aperitif and fine food companion, which appears in itself, animating and at the same time graceful.
