Color
Sparkling pale yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
Wow, the Chardonnay Auxerrois Loess and Loam by Michael Andres makes an immediate announcement - smoky hints, matchstick notes. It needs air in its youthful stadium, so please put it in the carafe or in large glasses. Then it shows fine apple and quince fruit, vineyard peach, lime blossom and orange, almonds and a hint of aniseed.
Palate
On the tongue, it is juicy and invigorating at the same time, with a delicate salty hint and inspiring acidity, the fruit in the foreground. It is wonderful to enjoy solo, but also with a variety of dishes. Fantastic value for money and a wine with which you can experience pleasure and enjoyment every day.
