Color
Bright straw yellow, delicate green reflections
Nose
Yellow apricot, mirabelle plum and quince pour out of the glass. Even though some banana is added to the yellow fruit, this is not meant to be overpowering or to convey opulence. The fruit is very pleasantly dosed, rests in itself and is definitely interspersed with accents. But it is yellow and present in this form. A touch of unripe pineapple adds tart accents. But lime, grapefruit and orange are much more refreshing. Coriander and chervil as well as a little lemon balm enliven it ethereally and animatingly. Almond and jasmine blossoms provide a floral, feminine and elegant final moment.
Palate
On the palate, it appears slender and crisp. The fruit is open and plays between the colours yellow and green. It does not need any melting, as it is much more about esprit and fish. With very moderate acidity, it still manages to convey lightness. A warm core leaves a feeling of well-being. Unusually positive, it develops an almondy note on the palate that goes totally perfectly with the fruit. Without imposing itself, the herbal nuances in the finish also provide vitality.
