Light golden yellow, with fine green reflections, fine, broad mousseux.
Nose
BAM! Attack already in the nose, lime, green apple, a radiant and intense minerality, combined with dry biscuits, oyster shells, an intense iodine and animating note. What an inspiring and seductive fragrance, what an aura full of energy!
Palate
Salty, intense, razor-sharp is also the inspiring palate, fruit and pérlage cascade, saliva flows and encourages another sip, the impression and reverberation left by this champagne seems endless. A dreamlike pleasure that will be remembered. Perfect with classics of French cuisine.
