Color
The wine shows itself in light straw yellow with white-golden reflexes and a small-bubbly, but lively perlage clear and shiny in the glass.
Nose
The bouquet of this thoroughly "champanoise" blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier as well as Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Arbanne, each in equal parts, lives up to its name right from the start. In their diversity and characterful difference, they resemble a visit to a fairground. Candied apples, cotton candy and Viennese almonds as well as malt sweets and stomach bread mingle with the scents of waffles and crêpes with apple sauce, Turkish honey and white chocolate.
Great, now I feel like champagne and riding the Ferris wheel.
Palate
The 2013 5 Sens Brut Nature by Olivier Hriot meets the palate with a delicate tingle. With the charisma and radiance of Hildegard Knef's voice, this delicate character champagne makes red roses rain and all miracles meet; happiness behave gently and manage our destiny with love.
Simple. Like this song with this voice and personality.
Incomparable.
