Wine information
The natural white is a cuvée of Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau, with the Riesling tending to set the tone. The grapes from biodynamic cultivation were harvested by hand in several stages to produce the wine. golden cutThe grapes were harvested at an early golden age and fermented and matured spontaneously in barrels of different sizes. The maceration times also varied depending on the grape variety and batch, and in some cases whole bunches were also fermented. The non-temperature-controlled warm fermentation took place until the grapes were deoxygenated. Malolactic fermentation then also took place in the barrel and the wine was partly matured there under a very clean, reductive flor yeast.
Color
Golden yellow with green reflections
Nose
What a beautiful, natural nose Here you find meadow herbs, lemons and lemon zest, grapefruits and quinces, peaches and apricots ensnared by fine flor yeast and a hint of sweet patisserie.
Palate
On the palate, all signs point to freshness, juiciness and drinkability. The acidity creates tension, the way the wine is matured creates a salty, drinkable flow, the flor yeast creates wild elements that form a unity with the cool juiciness, herbal notes and zest.
