Info about the wine
Macabeu planted in 1947 at 300 meters altitude on slate soil.
Color
Light golden yellow with clear silvery reflections.
Nose
The Pi Vell 2018 is intense and open. Its scent beguiles with peach, tangerine and cactus fruit. But not only the fruits characterize this extremely exciting drop, but also many wild herbs, clear stony notes and a breath of anise and bread crust.
Palate
A compact drop that truly captivates with its fullness and spiciness. A wonderful wine to dive completely into the southern French attitude towards life, also to the incredibly tasty culinary. Its fine bitter component on the tongue and in the reverberation as well as the moderate alcohol for these southern regions make it extremely appetizing.
Food recommendation
Be sure to decant and enjoy from a large glass
