Color
Light golden yellow with green reflections.
Nose
The 2021 Grüner Veltliner Hefeabzug reveals itself to the taster with distinct yeasty and spicy aromas. With the necessary oxygen contact, fruity components emerge that are reminiscent of apricot, pickled quince, peach skin and apple sauce. The charming character is additionally underlined by a fine cinnamon and vanilla note.
Palate
On the palate, it is juicy and extremely harmonious. The fine spicy and peppery notes and the salty, mineral character in the long finish make it an excellent food companion, perfect with spicy appetisers!
