Color
Dense pupur, black in the core, almost no brightening towards the rim.
Nose
A brilliant explosion of dark fruits like blackberries, black cherries, mulberries and dark josta. Fragrant notes of raspberry leaves, wild raspberry and dark flowers. With a little oxygen contact it shows aromas of dark plum jam, fine chocolate and freshly cracked pepper, cinnamon and some coffee. It is powerful, determined and concentrated, one does not directly suspect sweetness, but it makes the taster curious what awaits him on the tongue.
Palate
On the tongue it offers a truly exciting interplay of sweetness, a fine acidity, complemented by a gripping tannin structure, and a great spice. A versatile red sweet wine that you do not necessarily have to enjoy only with dessert. On the contrary, this stimulating and hearty sweet wine is ideally suited to hearty dishes with sweet influences.
