Color
In rich straw yellow, the wine is clear and shiny with golden reflections.
Nose
Fine floral scent and yellow fruit suggesting subtle sweetness draw a parade picture of an Albarino of the Rias Baixas in the nose. In the nose, expressive fruit opulence and colorful pepper spice meet compact and inclined to each other. Orange blossom and green strawberries, as well as some plantain and a touch of rose water bring the fruity components. These are subtly but heartily underlined by young corn, asparagus tips and crushed mustard seeds as well as some liquorice and grassy, fresh sorrel.
Palate
Driven by yellow-fruited juiciness, bracingly crisp acidity and sparse, steely minerality, precision is the name of the game for this 2016 Attis ambassador named Embaixador. The wine's creamy texture is in friendly tension with its upright, athletic acidity. It has found its exact center and is in harmony with all the pillars that support it, representing pure elegance and vitality. Unobtrusive yet expressive, it can unfold optimally both as a soloist and as a food companion.
