The Extra Brut Cuvée Perpétuelle is a champagne made from 40 % Pinot Noir, 30 % Chardonnay and 30 % Meunier. The fruit comes from Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes in the Montage des Reims. This champagne is based on the 2020 vintage. 40 % come from the Solera, also known as Réserve Perpétuelle. 85 % of the wine was matured in stainless steel, 15 % in barrique. The blend was created in May 2021, when the wine was bottled. It was disgorged in September 2023 with 0 g/l. The total sulphur is 20 mg/l.
Colour

Nose
The Non Dosé Cuvée Perpétuelle smells of graphite and limestone, oyster shells and fresh acidic notes of lemons, green apples, some rhubarb and barberries.
Palate
This fresh impression is also confirmed on the palate, where the Non Dosé Cuvée Perpétuelle immediately provides pleasant pressure. It packs a punch, has a pleasant bite, offers a fine tannin and is mouth-wateringly juicy - also thanks to the slightly salty notes. Finally, the slightly creamy texture combined with the fine perlage ensures a charming finish.
