Color
Ruby red, bright with a transparent core.
Nose
The nose of the 2015 Currá from Sottimano is open-hearted with an almost lavish nature. A lush, ripe fruit and floral bouquet evokes sour and black cherries, hollyhocks and violets. Concentrated and dense, it announces a fruit-filled sip with bacchic voluptuousness, coolly grounded by the chalky terroir of the site.
Mouth
The palate keeps what the nose promises With rich, ripe fruit and youthfully dense tannin corset, it quickly wraps the taster around its finger with its impetuous nature and creamy melting. With a rich extract and currently dominant tannins, it appears somewhat rustic in a charming way, which is ideally described by the word authentic. The perfect Barbaresco for the direct enjoyment or the open bar.
