Color/Look
Sparkling golden yellow/very fine bubbly mousseux.
Nose
The Cumières Premier Cru Brut Nature LBC18 from Georges Laval is one of those Blanc de Noirs Champagnes that immediately captivates the nose with its incredibly complex aromas of woody pears, ripe yellow apples, orange peel, grapefruit, cinnamon, marzipan and sweet yeast pastries. With a little oxygen contact, forest raspberry and wild strawberry notes join in seductively and stimulatingly.
Palate
On the palate, it presents itself with its distinctive creaminess and density, which is surrounded by the fine carbonic acid. In the long aftertaste, which lasts at least 15 minutes, the fine berry aromas clearly come to life again. Its pronounced minerality is omnipresent and makes it not only a sophisticated aperitif, but also an excellent food companion.
To support its creaminess and richness, serve it a little warmer.
