Color/Look
Light golden yellow/broadly spread fine mousseux.
Nose
The 2019 Crémant d'Alsace Extra Brut appears like a flower meadow, fine and subtle at the start, at the same time many fruit notes of juicy pears, apple, quince and vineyard peach. In the new vintage, it is beautifully expressive and charming with the typical minerality that characterises the Domaine Mann.
Palate
On the palate, it captivates with the animating freshness that it already promises us on the nose and lots of juicy fruit. Its perlage is pleasantly demanding and present, spreading delicately on the palate. An extremely animating aperitif and a fine accompaniment to food, which is composed, animating and at the same time juicy and charming.
