Color
The wine presents itself in white gold with silvery reflections clear and shiny in the glass.
Nose
Initially floral and fragrant, this grey Burgundy from Venice recalls blossoms of yolk, hay and orange blossom. Green-yellowish fruit appears in the form of fresh pineapple, Galia melon and a blob of peach yoghurt. Subtle grassy notes of currant bush and freshly mown meadow, as well as the spice of salted almonds and a hint of cinnamon skillfully keep the exoticism of the fruit in check.
Palate
Also on the palate of the 2019 Tenuta Civranetta Pinot Grigio from the house Fidora, the fruit is celebrated and carried on hands. Juicy and light on its feet, the wine is easy to drink and is strongly supported by the pleasant fact that this young wine has no sweet tail behind it. Its low acidity and exuberant fruitiness with a dry finish make it an exemplary Italian charmer.
