Color/Look
Bright, sparkling golden yellow / lively and delicate perlage
Nose
The 2018 Blanc de Blancs from the house of Keller immediately takes you in. Juicy fruit aromas of apple, pear, quince and vineyard peach combine with pastry, brioche and hazelnut notes, subtle hints of vanilla foam are also present. A subtle, a fine and elegant attack already in the nose seduces to the first sip.
Palate
On the palate, one is delighted by the invigorating perlage, which is wonderfully integrated into the fruit and its creamy structure. The finest minerality, delicately salty hints and charming juiciness make it the perfect aperitif, and since excellent cuisine is a top priority at Keller, it also goes very well with fine cuisine.
