Nose
A juicy and intense representative is this 2020 Landwein white by Uwe Lange and Marco Pfliehinger ripe wood pear, ripe apple, apple skin, wine yeast, with more oxygen contact exotic hints of persimmon fruit and papaya are added. A wine with a real announcement already in the bouquet. With a little maturity, the aromas of nuts, forest floor and wood smoke will come forward even more and give it even more depth and expression than it already possesses.
Palate
It is already full of juice at the first sip, its fruit virtually unloads on the tongue and is paired with a lot of spice and grip. Its salty and pleasantly demanding aftertaste leaves us wanting more, its juicy charm and power completely captivating. Such an honest and intense drop loves down-to-earth cuisine and makes for absolute feel-good moments. Long live the country wine!
