Double brandy made from fermented apricots from Roussillon. Aged for at least 6 years in glass balloons. Emmanuel Nasti Flawless appearance. The nose appears open and racy, fine scent of ripe but not overripe fruit, a velvety texture without any aggressiveness. The palate reveals some almond notes after aeration. A long-lasting aroma characterises the finish. Emmanuel Nasti, head sommelier and co-owner of the starred restaurant Le Chambard in Kaysersberg, is a border crosser.
