Color:
Light straw yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose:
Michael Andres brings a Pinot Blanc to the bottle that could not be more typical: Apple, lemon, peach, almond, a hint of anise and celery flow out of the glass. Great spiciness and invigorating freshness already animate in the fragrance to taste it.
Palate:
Juicy, fresh and pleasantly unobtrusive is the palate. A real all-rounder, which gives pleasure solo and with a variety of dishes. The long finish is characterized by a fine saltiness, you can feel the complexity and the claim with which Michael Andres presses all his wines.
Food recommendations by Christina Hilker:
- Vegetable terrine with artichoke and celeriac with celery sauce
(Vegetable & Vegetarian)
- Veal cutlets with mushroom cream sauce
(Meat)
- Cheese like Appenzeller, Tête de Moine, Tilsiter, Gouda with baguette
