Nose

Anything other than a place in the front row of handmade roséChampagne would hardly be conceivable with a Champagne by Vincent Laval. And so you get a wine in the glass that has it all. It smells cool and earthy, stony and fresh with notes of barberries and cranberries, graphite and a little smoke. The rosé is clear and present on the nose. with Notes from the maceration.

Palate

On the palate the Rosé Brut Nature Pressure and a clear, demanding acid structure. In the attack, notes of wild berries, again of cranberries and barberries, sour cherries and blood oranges, but also of cassis and a freshly sliced apple along with its acidity can be detected. The wine seems balanced, also showing a clear maceration character with a hint of tannin on the palate. In addition, there is an electrifying minerality. A Champagne from Laval is also an event as a rosé. It currently benefits from being decanted.
