Nose
The Rebholz' treat their Muscat a pronounced maceration period. This makes the notes of lychee, nutmeg, roses and Earl Grey more pronounced. Added to this are notes of cassis, vine plums, mirabelles and grapefruits, which become even more pronounced. The expressive fruit is accompanied by cool stone.
Palate
On the palate, it is immediately juicy and palatable. Although almost all of Rebholz's wines are vinified bone-dry, there is a subtle fruit sweetness here. The acidity seems lively with a slight pressure. The effect is fresh and expressive, slightly grapey and gingery.
