Louise Brison is the great-grandmother of the current owner Delphine Brulez and founded a champagne estate at a time when women were completely unusual in this business. Delphine is proud to carry on this tradition and is a passionate winemaker. For the biology graduate, it is almost a matter of course to work organically, which she has been doing since 2012. The first certified vintage is 2020. The 13-hectare vineyard is located in the small village of Noé les Mallets on the Côte de Bar. On the chalky-marly Kimmeridge soils, Delphine mainly grows Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay being her favourite. In the cellar, Delphine relies on time. The base wines are aged in barriques and the champagnes are stored on their lees for a long time before they are brought to the market in a pure vintage.
